Join Annika this fall for 5 classes to explore life’s journey through meditation, movement and counting beads with Japa Mala. Japa Mala is Sanskrit for garland, and is used in many eastern religions for spiritual healing and prayer. Together we will begin the evenings with gentle movement and sound bath to clear our channels and open our hearts to divine guidance. We will learn 5 different chants, from Hindu to Buddhist paths and practice counting our beads together in meditation. Plan on making your own hand mala on the first evening which will include one of Annika’s hand made Celtic pendants for everlasting love. Also feel free to bring your own mala and any beads or pendants you’d like to add to your new hand mala that we will be making and using for practice in class.

Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
