Time Duration
The event is scheduled from 3-7. The collective decision was made to extend the time by one hour to accommodate the wonderful number of experience requests and to offer time between experiences for transition and set-up. Please do your best to have your table set up for the full time so that we are all supporting each other and the scheduled experiences for the duration of the event.
When to arrive?
I and the core team will be there at 1pm to begin set up. You are welcome to come by at that time, but please plan to arrive by 2pm at the latest so that you have time to set up your space, ground your energy and connect!
Space Set-Up
The Entry way of 513 & 515 will have the experience schedule, practitioner list & signage for locations. The 513 building will have a greeting table at the front with a person there to guide and answer guest questions.
The Hagnauer & Intemann Galleries will be where our tables are set up for connecting with guests.
The Dye Lab will have an art experience offered by K8e Orr that guest can drop into. K8e will have the art activity fluidly happening for about an hour and a half.
The Classroom will be largely for our scheduled movement based - 20 minute experiences.
The Co-Working Space is at the front of the next door 515 building and has tables, a couch and chairs if you are needing to break away for a more private conversation or reading.
The Upstairs 515 Conference Room will be for our scheduled 20 minute presentations.
The Upstairs 515 Community Room will be for our scheduled 20 minute quieter experiences.
Tables & Chairs
8' Tables will be will be shared between 2 practitioners, giving each practitioner a 4' section. Tables will be covered with a black table cloth. Chairs will be provided.
Large round tables will be placed in the center of each gallery for additional meeting space if you need to step away from your table. The next door co-working space with couches and tables is also a great space to step away to if additional privacy or a personal break is needed. The courtyard between buildings is an option too.
How Magical! - The MAC is directly across the street from Fountain Creek and Memorial Park if a nature excursion is calling to you.
Music
I will set up chill music in the Intemann Gallery & in the Hagnauer Gallery Spaces where our tables will be set up.
If you are needing music with an experience you are offering in one of the other spaces. Please bring a device and speaker you are comfortable using.
Yoga MATS
In 2024 The MACH Grant paid for 25 yoga mats! These are now a community asset to be used indoors at the Manitou Art Center complete with care supplies. These mats will be placed into the experience rooms during the event for easy accessibility for the scheduled experiences.

Feedback
This is an opportunity for the community to connect with us, to sample and to let us know what more or less is needed. This event serves as a prequil to future wellness offerings - everyone's feedback is vital.
Attendees will have an opportuniy to scan a QR code at the event and offer feedback.
Following the event I will email you a google form link to collect your valuable feedback too!
There is always room for improvement and we also anticipate that there will be a demand for additional events such as a purely "experience offering" based event.
Tamara Herl has also graciously expressed that she is interested in supporting a monthly meeting of healers at the MAC where one healer each month would present their practice. I love this as this aligns with the Facebook Page called Gathering of Wellness - Manitou Springs! Tamara and I will be meeting soon to connect over this.
(If you are on FB and it calls to you, please join that page and share your information & events there - including this one!)
