Obaid Afghan Treasures is a Colorado Springs-based cultural brand founded by fashion designer & master tailor Ubaidullah Akhundzada and his wife. We specialize in Afghan American fusion fashion, handmade silver jewelry with gemstones, high-quality saffron, Afghan carpets, and unique traditional crafts created by Afghan women. Our mission is to preserve and promote Afghan culture while creating economic opportunities for refugees and immigrants. Through each product, we aim to build a cultural bridge between Afghanistan and America.

Through “Obaid Afghan Treasures” I want to create not only a business but also a space where cultures connect. I aim to empower Afghan women through employment, introduce Afghan culture to American communities, and bring pride to our heritage through fashion, food, and traditional and unique handmade crafts. With the support of this incubator, I believe I can build a strong foundation, grow my customer base, and truly become a cultural bridge between Afghanistan and the United States.

Music, theatre, pottery, printmaking, and other loud, slightly dangerous, and intensely messy events happen here daily. Locals and tourists alike flock to our galleries, studios, exhibition space, and classrooms. Our spacious facilities can also accommodate events, conferences and offices. experiences are unlimited - how will you enjoy the MAC?
