Prerequisite: Deep Dive 1
This course is a continuation of the first deep dive introduction to surface design with fiber reactive dyes.
Spanning 4 weeks, classes will build on the previous learned methods.
Thermofax, burning a silk screen and colored resist will be added to student's repertoire.
Registrants will either continue using the motifs they developed in the first class or explore another motif on different fabrics provided by the instructor. Students walk away with practice samples and a final 1/2-1 yard length of fabric they design and dye themselves.
This series of classes are great for quilters and sewists who want to use their own signature fabric. It's also great for those who want to learn something new.
