Vendor Investment / Cost
$25-35 sliding scale table fee
- 6' vending space at the MAC
- Please bring your own display set-up including table & table cloths.
- We have plenty of chairs
- Bring an extension cord & a power-strip if needed
- Share via the MAC website ✅
- Emails the event to current MAC Members ✅
- Share the event on social media ✅ Ongoing!
- Share the event via Peak Radar ✅
- Share the event with the MS Chamber & Pikes Peak Bulletin
- Share the event schedule in the 513 & 515 Buildings on the day of the event
Please share
the event and - how you are participating - in the ways that you are most comfortable with - such as:
- Sharing via Social Media (Please
- Including the event in your newsletters
- Word-of-Mouth
- Displaying & disributing a few posters.
- Adding the event to your website.
- Signage at your business / office
Marketing Package
A marketing package will be sent to your email that includes:
- jpg for for sharing via social media, newsletters & websites.
- A pdf if you would like to print the image as a poster
- Event verbiage - details that you can copy/past into your posts & Newsletter if you like.
Attendee Cost
Free to attend! While some experiences may be free, other experiences will be donation based or sliding scale at the discretion of the guides. We will be asking and supporting guides in making this information available ahead of time.
When to arrive?
Doors open for vendor at 11am so that you will have time to set up your space, ground your energy and connect! All vendor tables need to be set up by 12:00 noon. Please plan to have your booth open for sales until 4pm.
At 4pm our closing ceremony begins. We would love for you to attend.
If you want to break down your booth at that time, please be mindful that there is an event still happening in the gallery and keep voices & sounds softer as much as possible.
A reminder for anything else to bring?
Promotional materials for your business possibly including:

Business Cards, QR code for an alternate quick access to your payment options / website / etc, Brochures/Flyers, Postcards, Poster, Stickers, Swag, Rack Cards.

Consider bringing a poster, list or handout of your upcoming events, experiences, workshops or classes

A newsletter sign-up sheet for people to give you their email address.
Nature-Based Community Altar
- Please bring any natural elements that you would like to contribute to the alter. Please only bring items that can be returned to nature afterwards. No sentimental, plastic or glass items please.

Please clean your zone prior to leaving. Thank you!
For Your Vendor Sales Tax & Business License:
The City of Manitou Springs Tax Rate is 9.03% for your tax collection purposes during this event.
