For those looking to be introduced to animation basics in an accessible way, this class teaches fundamental techniques in using traditional materials. Students will quickly understand the process to making an analogue animation and be given exercises for developing strong movement in future work.
The material cost for the class covers a personal light table, but students are welcome to bring their own instead. It is recommended to bring personal, preferably gestural drawing supplies, though some will be provided.
